Delete your Maya account

You can delete your Maya account at any time. Maya is made by AI for Humanity Private Limited.

1. Delete your account on Maya for iOS

1. Open the Maya app.
2. Open the side bar.
3. Tap your name at the bottom.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. If the app asks, confirm.

2. Delete your account on Maya for Android

1. Open the Maya app.
2. Open the side bar.
3. Tap your name at the bottom.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Tap Delete my account to confirm.

3. What happens when you delete your account

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. You lose access to your conversations, memory, reminders, lists and account information. We may keep some information as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. When you need to contact us

If you no longer have the app, email hello@ciaomaya.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my Maya account”. We will try our best to finish within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm that the request comes from you.
